In the event of early departure, for whatever reason, we will charge 100% of the holiday price

If you have booked an early check-in, we will charge a fee of €80
If you have booked a late check-out, we will charge a fee of €60 for check-out by 14:00 and a fee of €100 for check-out by 17:00
For late check-outs of more than one hour, a flat-rate charge of €60 per room will be applied as compensation

*For cancellations made within the free cancellation period, we charge a processing fee of €50 for the refund.

Cancellations must always be made in writing and confirmed by us.

Bookings can only be made via the online system using the relevant code. Codes cannot be combined with other discount offers or vouchers.
It is not possible to apply discount codes to existing bookings.
Codes are only available during the valid period.

Changes to already booked stays can be made free of charge at any time, but must be requested no later than two weeks before arrival.
