In the event of errors in price information in the offer, we reserve the right to make adjustments and refer to the current price list.

In case of early departure, for whatever reason, 100% of the travel price will be charged.

For booked early check-in, we charge a fee of €80.

For booked late check-out, we charge a fee of €60 until 14:00 and €100 until 17:00.

For late check-out of more than one hour beyond the agreed time, a flat compensation fee of €60 per room will be charged.

For cancellations within the free cancellation period, we charge a processing fee of €50 for the refund transfer.

A cancellation must always be made in writing and confirmed by us.

• Up to 2 weeks before arrival 50%
• Up to 1 week before arrival 70%
• Less than 1 week before arrival 100%

Rebookings of already booked stays are possible at any time free of charge but must be requested at the latest one week before arrival.
